With a clientele that includes a mix of young professionals in addition to local artists, Iware on Second stocks a wide range of high-end frame brands. Kawasaki, LaFont and Mikado are among the 800 frames on display, which range in price from $185 to $450. Owner Kevin Cunningham does all the lab work himself.

In addition to the brand-name frames on display, Cunningham sells a collection of hand-carved frames that he designs himself. “This is a great way to set us apart from what other optical shops in the area are carrying."
